Koala Birthday Invitation

About this design

Your guests open a storybook gum tree scene with your child's name and age on it. They tap the koalas and the scene comes alive: the mother koala and her baby glide in, nod and wave, with sound effects and a glockenspiel and pizzicato strings tune. Then the page opens out below: your child's name and age, the date, time and venue, a countdown, the party plan, a live map and a reply form. All on one link you send by WhatsApp, text or email.

🎂 ANY NAME, ANY AGE: type your child's name and the age they're turning, and it's on the opening scene, the page and the printable card. Our demo says Beau is 4; yours says whatever you type, and you can change it any time.

No Canva. No account for your guests. Nothing to install.

What your guests see

• The opening: the mother koala and her baby glide in, nod and wave, with sound effects
• Your child's name and a big age number, the date, the time and the venue
• A countdown to the party
• The party plan, and what to wear
• A live map with one-tap directions and add to calendar
• A reply form on the page itself: can they come, will a grown-up stay, allergies, a mobile number, a note for you
• Things to play with as they scroll: tap the koalas for a cuddle, a tap game (Find the gum blossoms), and their own Gum Tree Pass with their name on it
• A glockenspiel and pizzicato strings tune plays through it, with a sound on/off button
• Works on iPhone and Android. It's a web page, nothing to install

RSVP built in. no google form. no spreadsheet.

• Parents reply on the invitation. Nothing for you to build, nothing for them to sign into
• Your dashboard shows who's coming and who can't, who's staying, allergies and notes
• Add your guests from your contacts on Android or iPhone (iPhone adds a small Apple shortcut the first time), or paste them from Notes or a message, and each gets their own link
• Each guest then reads Not sent yet, Sent, Opened, then Coming or Can't make it, so you can see who still needs a nudge
• Replies from the shared link are matched to the guest by name
• One tap writes the reminder for the ones who haven't answered. Day-before, on-the-day and thank-you messages are ready too
• Download the list as a spreadsheet if you want one

Send it from your dashboard

Tap Share invitation and your phone's share sheet opens: WhatsApp, Messenger, text, email, whatever you use. Or send it one guest at a time: with their number saved, a guest's WhatsApp or Text button opens their chat with the invitation ready to send, and marks them Sent. Share a picture makes a Story and a square post with your QR code on it, for Instagram, Facebook or your WhatsApp status. On WhatsApp and iMessage the link arrives with a picture and your child's name on it.

Edit it yourself, from your phone

• Tap any part of the invitation to change it
• Change the wording, headings included
• Rearrange the sections, or hide any you don't need
• Pick the font
• Our music or your own MP3
• Your guests' link stays the same, so nothing to resend
