About this design

This invitation includes a print-your-own invitation PDF and an animated digital invitation with RSVP tracking.

🎂 ANY NAME, ANY AGE: type your child's name and the age they're turning, and it's on the invitation, the page and the printable card. Our demo says Leo is 6; yours says whatever you type, and you can change it any time. The birthday cake on the page shows up to 10 candles.

How it works

What you receive

• A print-your-own invitation PDF in 5x7 or A5. Edit details in your dashboard, download the updated PDF, then print it at home or through a local printer.
• Your animated digital invitation as a shareable web link. Send it by WhatsApp, text or email.
• A dashboard where you edit the supported details, manage guests and track replies.
• Guests fly through a living jungle, then tap an egg. It hatches to reveal the invitation with your child’s name, age, date, time and venue. The page includes dinosaur interactions, a volcano, an age-matched birthday cake and a dinosaur tune.

What guests can do

The page shows your child’s name and age, party date, time and venue, a countdown, party details, a live map and a reply form. Guests can reply on the invitation without an account. The RSVP dashboard shows who is coming, who cannot make it, who is staying, allergies and notes, plus sent and opened status for each guest.

Edit, track and send

Add your child’s details through the setup link, then edit the invitation from your phone. Your link stays the same after edits. Download a fresh PDF when you want to print the new details. Add guests from your contacts or paste them in, send by WhatsApp, text or email, write reminders for guests who have not answered and download your guest list if you want a spreadsheet.

A 10-second dinosaur thank-you video with sound, a welcome sign, 6 table signs, 12 food labels and 12 cupcake toppers across ten A4 printable pages, plus a post-party photo page.

Do my guests need an app?

No. They tap your link and it opens in their phone’s browser. No app, no account.

Can I change the details after I send it?

Yes, as often as you like. Your guests keep the same link, so you never have to send it again.

How do I see who is coming?

Every RSVP lands on your own page, with names, answers and a running count.

How do I get back to my invitation?

Bookmark your page. Or go to tap2open.co.uk/start and type your order code and the email you paid with.
