I bought on Etsy. Where is my invitation?
Go to tap2open.co.uk/start and type your Etsy order number with the name or email on your order. Your set-up page opens straight away. Nothing is posted and there is nothing to download first.
I bought on this website. Where is my invitation?
After paying you were taken straight to your set-up page. To get back to it, go to tap2open.co.uk/start, choose the website order option and type your 8-character order code and the email you paid with.
Can I change the details after I have set it up?
Yes, as many times as you like. Open your invitation from the Find my order page and edit the name, date, time, place, wording or photo. Guests who already have the link see the new version straight away.
How do I send it to my guests?
Copy your invitation link from your set-up page and send it by WhatsApp, text, email or however you normally message. Guests tap the link and the invitation opens in their phone browser. There is no app to install.
How do I see who is coming?
Every reply lands on your own page, the same page you set the invitation up on. You can see names, yes or no, numbers and any notes, and download the list.
My guest says the sound is not playing
Phones start web pages muted. Ask them to tap the sound button on the invitation, or tap the screen once and it will play. Headphones and silent mode can also keep it quiet.
The link will not open or it looks wrong
Most problems are a link that was cut short when it was copied. Send the full link again from your set-up page. If it still will not open, email us the link and a screenshot and we will sort it.
My order has more than one invitation
Your set-up page lists each invitation in the order. Set them up one at a time, and come back with your order number whenever you want to open any of them again.
How do I print a printable design?
Your printable invitation is a PDF. Download it from your set-up page and print it at home or at any print shop. It comes in sizes that fit standard cards and envelopes.
How long does my invitation stay online?
It stays online until after your event so guests can keep opening it and replying. Download anything you want to keep, such as your printable PDF, before then.
Can I get a refund?
Your invitation is made for you the moment you pay, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once it is made. If it does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it, or refund you if we cannot.
