This page explains what Now Business Ltd keeps when you buy and use an invitation, and you can ask us about it any time at hello@tap2open.co.uk.

When you buy

Your name and email, from the payment, so we can find your order and help you with it. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or kept by us.

Your invitation

The details, words and photos you add, so we can show your invitation to your guests.

Your guests

The names and replies your guests give when they RSVP (and any phone numbers you add for them), which only you can see on your own page.

How long we keep it

Your invitation stays up for a month after the party. Your guests' names, phone numbers, replies and notes (such as allergies) are deleted 30 days after that, so about two months after the party. Photos you and your guests add to an invitation are deleted at the same time, about two months after the party. We keep what the law asks us to keep for our accounts.

We never

Sell your details, send your guests marketing, or put advertising trackers on your invitation.
