What you are buying

Digital invitations: a personal web page you send to your guests by link (animated and 3D designs), and for printable designs a PDF you download and print yourself. Nothing is posted to you. Prices are in pounds sterling and shown before you pay.

When you get it

Straight after paying you are taken to your set-up page, where your invitation is made with your details. You can come back and change it at any time from tap2open.co.uk/start with your order code and email.

Cancelling and refunds

Because your invitation is made for you straight away, at checkout you ask for it to be supplied immediately and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once it is made. This does not affect your legal rights: if your invitation does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it, or refund you if we cannot.

How long your invitation stays online

Your invitation page stays online until after your event so guests can open it and reply. Download anything you want to keep, such as your printable PDF.

Using your invitation

Your invitation is for your own personal use. Please don't resell it or share the design files. Photos you upload stay yours; you must have the right to use them.

Payments

Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
