You get both: an animated invitation you share as a link, and a personalised printable 5x7 card. Send the link by WhatsApp, text or email, or print the card: its QR code opens the same invitation, where guests reply.

Your guests watch a real bowling party play out: a ball picked up from the ball return, a bowler rolling down the lane, pizza with friends and the birthday candles blown out. Then the lanes, with your child's name up on the scoreboard. The film stops on the ball and waits for them: they tap it, it rolls, STRIKE! and your invitation lights up with your child's name, the date, the time and the venue. Then the page opens out below: your child's age, a countdown, the party plan, a live map and a reply form. All on one link you send by WhatsApp, text or email.

What your guests see

• A real bowling film, not a cartoon, with your child's name on the lanes' scoreboard

• Things to play with as they scroll: a Bowl a Strike game (three balls: time your tap and knock the pins down), a birthday cake with candles to match your child's age (1 to 10) that they blow out, their own bowling card with a nickname, a lane and a team, and bowling pins, balls and lanes that react when tapped

• Works on iPhone and Android. It's a web page, nothing to install

RSVP built in. no google form. no spreadsheet.

• Parents reply on the invitation. Nothing for you to build, nothing for them to sign into
• Your dashboard shows who's coming and who can't, whether a grown-up is staying, allergies and notes
• Add your guests from your contacts on Android or iPhone (iPhone adds a small Apple shortcut the first time), or paste them from Notes or a message, and each gets their own link
• Each guest then reads Not sent yet, Sent, Opened, then Coming or Can't make it, so you can see who still needs a nudge
• Replies from the shared link are matched to the guest by name
• One tap writes the reminder for the ones who haven't answered. Day-before, on-the-day and thank-you messages are ready too
• Download the list as a spreadsheet if you want one

Send it from your dashboard

Tap Share invitation and your phone's share sheet opens: WhatsApp, Messenger, text, email, whatever you use. Or send it one guest at a time: with their number saved, a guest's WhatsApp or Text button opens their chat with the invitation ready to send, and marks them Sent. Share a picture makes a Story and a square post with your QR code on it, for Instagram, Facebook or your WhatsApp status.

Edit it yourself, from your phone

• Tap any part of the invitation to change it
• Change the wording, headings included
• Rearrange the sections, or hide any you don't need
• Add an end time and a reply-by date if you like: they show on the invitation and on the printable card
• Our bowling tune or your own MP3
• Your guests' link stays the same, so nothing to resend

Also yours

• A printable 5x7 invitation card with your child's name, age, date, time and venue, and its own QR code that opens the invitation. Download it from your dashboard; change your details and download it again
• A bowling thank-you video to send after the party, with sound. It has your child's name on it, and you can change its three lines on your dashboard

Do my guests need an app?

No. They tap your link and it opens in their phone’s browser. No app, no account.

Can I change the details after I send it?

Yes, as often as you like. Your guests keep the same link, so you never have to send it again.

How do I see who is coming?

Every RSVP lands on your own page, with names, answers and a running count.

How do I get back to my invitation?

Bookmark your page. Or go to tap2open.co.uk/start and type your order code and the email you paid with.
