What happens in the film

• 1. Santa walks into his cosy workshop and sits by the fire - "Baby's First Christmas, for [baby's name]" appears on screen
• 2. Santa talks to your baby BY NAME - when they arrived, your home town, what they love, their firsts (first tooth, first word...) and the family who love them
• 3. "[Name]'s First Christmas" is written in gold on Santa's giant Nice List
• 4. A tour of the North Pole: the Christmas train, the toy workshop, a snowball fight with the elves, the sweet factory, the letters room and baking with Mrs Claus
• 5. Feeding the reindeer, then all eight reindeer pull the sleigh out of the barn and up into the northern lights
• 6. Santa's goodbye, just for them: "Merry first Christmas, [name]! Sleep tight, little one."
• Christmas carols play softly underneath.
