"Don't let her see you." Your guests open your link and see a glowing cauldron bubbling in a dark wood, with your name on the screen: you've sent them something you filmed in the woods. They tap to watch. The phone footage rolls, red REC timer and all. A witch stirs the cauldron, turns, spots them… and rushes at the camera. As her hand hits the lens the phone glitches out, the horror music turns into a spooky party tune, and your invitation appears with your name flying in letter by letter.

Then the page opens out below: a countdown, the running order for the night, the dress code, a map and a reply form. All on one link you send by WhatsApp, text or email.

You get all three: the film invitation you share as a link, a personalised printable 5x7 card, and a thank-you video to send the morning after. Send the link, or print the card: its QR code opens the same invitation, where guests reply.

Thank-you video included

• A 10-second thank-you film, with sound, of the witch by her glowing green cauldron, raising a steaming cup as a toast
• Three lines on it: "Your Name's Halloween Party", "Thank you for coming", and "See you next year… if you dare". Change the three lines on your dashboard if you like
• Made with your name on it a few minutes after you set up. Until then, your dashboard shows a stock version with no name
• After the party, open your dashboard and download it (changed the words? tap Update clip first). Send it to your guests the morning after: WhatsApp, text or email
• Guests who open your invitation link after the party also see the thank-you video on the page

RSVP built in. no google form. no spreadsheet.

• Guests reply on the invitation. Nothing for you to build, nothing for them to sign into
• Your dashboard shows who's coming and who can't, with numbers and notes
• Add your guests from your contacts on Android or iPhone (iPhone adds a small Apple shortcut the first time), or paste them from Notes or a message, and each gets their own link
• Each guest then reads Not sent yet, Sent, Opened, then Coming or Can't make it, so you can see who still needs a nudge
• Replies from the shared link are matched to the guest by name
• One tap writes the reminder for the ones who haven't answered
• Download the list as a spreadsheet if you want one

Tap Share invitation and your phone's share sheet opens: WhatsApp, Messenger, text, email, whatever you use. Or send it one guest at a time: with their number saved, a guest's WhatsApp or Text button opens their chat with the invitation ready to send, and marks them Sent.

Important information

• This is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you, and the card is for you to print
• The card is a dark, night-time design: it prints best on matt card, or at a print shop
• The witch film is the same on every invitation. Your name and details are on the screens before and after it. The thank-you video is the same scene for everyone, with your name on its top line
• The film is a little scary (a witch rushes at the camera). Best for teens and grown-ups
• For one party only. Please don't resell or share the design
• The film and music are made with AI tools and finished by us

Do my guests need an app?

No. They tap your link and it opens in their phone’s browser. No app, no account.

Can I change the details after I send it?

Yes, as often as you like. Your guests keep the same link, so you never have to send it again.

How do I see who is coming?

Every RSVP lands on your own page, with names, answers and a running count.

How do I get back to my invitation?

Bookmark your page. Or go to tap2open.co.uk/start and type your order code and the email you paid with.
