"Can you hear the music?" Your guests open your link and see a torch-lit castle door, with your name on the screen: you're throwing a party in the castle tonight. They tap Open the door. A hand pushes the heavy door open, everything goes dark… then the spotlights bang on and the funk drops. Inside, the monsters are already partying: a witch cackles into the camera, a vampire raises a glass at the bar, a zombie points straight at them and a werewolf howls at the mirror ball. A flash of mirror-ball light, and your invitation appears with your name flying in letter by letter.

Then the page opens out below: a countdown, the running order for the night, the dress code, a map and a reply form. All on one link you send by WhatsApp, text or email.

You also get a printable 5x7 card, a pack of party printables with your name on them, and a thank-you video to send the morning after.

• Made with your name on it a few minutes after you set up. Until then, your dashboard shows a stock version with no name
• After the party, download it from your dashboard and send it the morning after: WhatsApp, text or email

• Guests reply on the invitation. Nothing for you to build, nothing for them to sign into
• Your dashboard shows who's coming and who can't, with numbers and notes
• Add your guests from your contacts on Android or iPhone (iPhone adds a small Apple shortcut the first time), or paste them from Notes or a message, and each gets their own link
• Each guest then reads Not sent yet, Sent, Opened, then Coming or Can't make it, so you can see who still needs a nudge
• Replies from the shared link are matched to the guest by name

Do my guests need an app?

No. They tap your link and it opens in their phone’s browser. No app, no account.

Can I change the details after I send it?

Yes, as often as you like. Your guests keep the same link, so you never have to send it again.

How do I see who is coming?

Every RSVP lands on your own page, with names, answers and a running count.

How do I get back to my invitation?

Bookmark your page. Or go to tap2open.co.uk/start and type your order code and the email you paid with.
