21st Birthday Invitation, Rooftop Party

About this design

Your guests open your link and find themselves on a rooftop at night: festoon lights overhead, olive trees, and the city skyline lit up behind. They swipe to walk along the decked path, and either side are your photos, pegged up like Polaroids with your own captions written underneath: baby pictures at the start, all grown up by the fire. Tap one and they step right up to it. At the end of the path they arrive at the rooftop lounge with a real flickering fire table, big "21" balloons, a live countdown to your party, and a jukebox playing music. On the easel sits a welcome board with your photo and your name: tap it and your invitation opens, with the plan for the night, a map, and the RSVP. All on one link you send by WhatsApp, text or email.

How it works

• 4️⃣ Add your photos and videos to the path and your photo to the welcome board, all from your phone
• 5️⃣ Send your link. RSVPs and song requests land on your dashboard. Change anything, any time, on the same link

Questions

• Do I need Canva? No, and no account to sign up for.
• How many photos can I add? Up to 8 photos or short videos along the path, plus one for the welcome board.
• Can I use videos? Yes. Short videos play silently on a loop on the line (we use the first 12 seconds).
• Is it only for a 21st? Yes, it's made for one: the balloons at the party say 21. The name, photos and every word are yours.
• Can I change things after I've sent it? Yes. Every guest sees the new version on the same link.
• Do my guests need an account? No. They open the link, walk down the path and reply on the page.
• Can I use my own music? Yes: your own MP3.
